How Trial Point Residencies Solves Real Problems
For Sponsors
The Problem
Participant travel, extended stays, and caregiver burden increase the risk of withdrawals, missed visits, and delayed study timelines.
How Trial Point Residencies Solves It
Trial Point Residencies provides stable, family-centered housing and non-medical support that reduces participation burden during critical study periods—without interfering with protocol conduct.
For CROs
The Problem
Unstructured lodging introduces variability, compliance gaps, and unmanaged third-party risk.
How Trial Point Residencies Solves It
Trial Point Residencies operates as dedicated participant housing infrastructure with standardized intake, coordination, and reporting processes—fully independent of study conduct.
For Research Sites
The Problem
Research sites are often left managing participant housing challenges outside the scope of clinical care.
How Trial Point Residencies Solves It
Trial Point Residencies offers a separate, site-safe housing option that sites can reference without assuming additional operational or administrative burden.

RESEARCH & OUTCOMES
Trial Point Residencies® is intentionally structured to support future observational and non-interventional research examining environmental and support-related factors that may influence participation continuity.
Trial Point Residencies® addresses a critical but often unmanaged risk in clinical trials: participant burden outside the clinic.

Our Origin Story
Trial Point Residencies® was founded by a seasoned Clinical Trial Manager with over 15 years of experience supporting complex clinical research across multiple therapeutic areas and study phases.
Through firsthand operational experience, it became clear that participant burden particularly related to travel, extended stays, caregiver needs, and family disruption remains an under-addressed challenge in clinical research.
Trial Point Residencies was established to address this gap by providing purpose-built housing and non-medical support infrastructure designed specifically for clinical trial participation, while maintaining strict ethical boundaries and independence from study conduct.
Trial Point Residencies® is supported by an internal operational intelligence framework that standardizes how participants stays, caregivers support, and partner coordination are managed.
The internal operational framework used by Trial Point Residencies enables responsible, data-informed insights without collecting or influencing study data.
